Adding Altiris as Trusted Installer in Data Center Security

The steps below will allow the Symantec Management Agent (Altiris) to update computers with the Data Center Security Agent installed.

1. Right click target Prevention Policy
2. Select Edit

3. Click to select Trusted Updaters
   
    
4. Select Predefined Applications

   
    

5. Click Next
6. Click the checkbox for Symantec Management Agent
   Note: This list is populated by the by the agent data retriever.

7. Click Add

   
    

8. Click Apply
9. Write a policy change description
10. Click Submit
11. Click OK
